An 870 signature petition and 199 formal objections raised against this application.

The impact it WILL have, if this is allowed, on the local community square, its businesses and residents will be a devastating blow to this growing community.

We have been notified that the Phase 11 planning application due to go to TWC Planning Committee next week on Wednesday 24th October has been deferred to a date to yet be determined.

We have been notified of the following residential planning applications in the Parish:

TWC/2018/0708  Land adjacent to Brook Lodge, Arleston Lane, Arleston TF1 2LA.   Erection of a dwelling and detached garage with associated landscaping (part retrospective).

TWC/2018/0721 4 Old Coppice Grange, Old Park TF3 4TL.  Erection of a single storey rear extension (retrospective).

OBJECTION TO THE INTRODUCTION OF A PAY & DISPLAY CAR PARK AT LAWLEY MORRISONS

The Parish Council have been made aware of a Planning Application lodged by Euro Car Parks to install ANPR cameras and a Pay and Display system on the car park adjacent to Morrisons.

We will be objecting to the application as the Parish has serious concerns about the impact this will have on local retailers in Lawley Square and the knock on effect of people avoiding the parking charges by parking on Birchfield Way.
