Lawley and Overdale Parish Council is funded by what is known as a ‘precept’. A precept is a portion of council tax revenue which is invested back into your parish, allowing us to provide services and improve quality of life for residents.

Expenditures over £500

As per the Transparency Code for Local Councils, we are required to publish information of all expenditures above £500.

Government Procurement Card

Context 30 of the Local Government Transparency Code 2015 states that details of every transaction on a Government Procurement Card must be published on a quarterly basis and the data must be available within the following quarter that the transaction occurred.
