Our Parish Environmental Team (PET), part of the Community Action Team (CAT), has been out in Old Park today, this time tackling an overgrown willow.
The offending shrubbery had been branching out over a footpath leading down towards Old Park roundabout, making life difficult for pedestrians.
Our PET operative has now put the wandering willow back in its place with some strategic trimming, leafing the way clear for pedestrians once more.
