Lawley and Overdale Parish Council has been advised that there will be a road closure for five days on Ironbridge Road, Ironbridge in February 2023, to undertake tree felling works.
Telford & Wrekin Council is planning to undertake tree felling works starting on Monday 13 February 2023, and the work is expected to last for five days between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, until Friday 17 February 2023.
This covers Ironbridge Road, Ironbridge from its junction with Coalford to its junction with Calcutts Road, Jackfield.
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling north westerly will be via Ironbridge Road, Avenue Road, Bridgnorth Road, B4376 From Willey Park Junction To B4373 Junction Dunge, B4376 From Marsh Gates Junction To Willey Park Junction, B4376 From Barrow Street End Forester Avenue Junction To Marsh Gates Junction, Walton Grange Junction A458 To Junction West Of Marsh Cottages B4376, A458 From Bridgnorth Road End To Beggarhill Brook Farm Junction, Bridgnorth Road, Victoria Road, Smithfield Road, New Road, Sheinton Street, The Crescent, Farley Road, A4169 From Homer Junction To Start Much Wenlock Road, Much Wenlock Road, Buildwas Bank, A4169 From End Of Buildwas Bank To Wrekin District Boundary, Buildwas Bank, Jiggers Bank Roundabout, Queensway Jiggers Bank Roundabout To Brookside Roundabout, Castlefields Roundabout, Castlefields Way, Woodside Roundabout, Parkway From Lees Farm To Woodside Roundabout, Lees Farm Roundabout, Ironbridge, Road, Madeley Road, High Street and Waterloo Street.
