Telford & Wrekin Council’s Urban Games offer a fun and safe environment for young people aged 8+. Sports sessions will take place in local parks around the Borough, including activities such as cycling, cricket, football, basketball and others.

They will be hosted by professional and qualified coaches from AFC Telford United, Shropshire Cricket and Telford Bike Hub. There’s something for everyone at venues across Telford, and the sessions are all free.

There are two AFC Telford Football sessions planned for Lawley and Overdale.

One AFC Telford drop-in session will take place at the Overdale green space on Wednesday 12 April, from 1pm until 3pm.

The other will take place at the Newdale Park Sports MUGA on Wednesday 12 April, from 3:30pm until 5:30pm.

There are many more sessions taking place throughout the Borough, however. Download the PDF below for a full schedule.
