Lawley and Overdale Parish Council has been advised that there will be a road closure for 6 days along Colliers Way, Old Park and Bellpit Road, The Rock in February 2023 to undertake traffic calming measures.
Balfour Beatty on behalf of Telford and Wrekin Council will be undertaking the works starting on Monday 20 February 2023 and are expected to last for a duration of six days between the hours of 8:00am and 17:30pm on weekdays, and 9:00am to 17:30pm on Saturday 25 February 2023.
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling in all directions will be signed on site during the phased closures. Restrictions may not be in place for the whole period but it is anticipated that the roads will be restricted as and when the traffic signs are in position, and only for so long as is necessary to undertake the works.

The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling in a south westerly direction will be via Hollinshead Way, West Centre Way, Old Park Roundabout. For vehicular traffic travelling in a north easterly direction vice versa.
Bellpit Road – 23/02/23 – 25/02/23
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling northbound will be via Colliers Way, Old Park Roundabout, Old Park Way, Mossey Green Roundabout. For vehicular traffic travelling southbound vice versa.
