PET WORK WEEK COMMENCING 22ND JULY

Following a well deserved 10 day holiday work was completed in the following areas:

  • Brambles cut back from the path around Old Park pond
  • Brambles cut back  from the footpath on Old Office Road near the BT Office
  • Brambles cut back from the footpath on Wrekin Trundle
  • Removed a dumped Tesco trolley from Arleston Lane
  • Removed 3 fly tipped boxes from Lawley Village Green
  • Cut back brambles from the Wrekin Way footpath at the rear of Newdale School
  • Cut back brambles and self seeded saplings around the footpath by the old tram bridge
  • removed 3 fly tipped bags of household rubbish from Cemetery Road
  • cut back brambles from the footpath along the Bridleway off Rock Road
  • cut back brambles  from the footpath at the entrance to Marlborough Way
  • cut back brambles growing out of the hedge across the footpath on Dawley Road
  • dead headed the roses in the large bed at Lawley Community Garden
  • cut back brambles from the footpath in the alley way off Grove Road
  • cut back brambles from the footpath between Park Road and Cemetery Road
