Let’s Get Telford Healthy scheme launched

Telford & Wrekin Council (TWC) launched its new borough-wide public health campaign yesterday. Organised by the Health and Wellbeing Service, the ‘Let’s Get Telford Healthy’ scheme aims to support local people with achieving their health goals.

Additional messages will regularly be sent with tips and ideas for people to try out.

‘Let’s Get Telford Healthy’ will also provide access to videos, case studies, and a library of links with tutorials and information.

“The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted to many people how important it is to take care of their health, and we have had to get more creative in the way that we support local people to achieve their health related goals,” Mandy Sznober, Health Improvement Practitioner , explained in an email.
