Free Christmas lunches for adults in need of support

Madeley Community Café, in partnership with Denso Manufacturing UK Ltd, will be offering free takeaway Christmas lunches to isolated adults in Telford next week.

Wellbeing Madeley Community Café is a not-for-profit organisation based on the High Street in Madeley. They offer support, information, advice, and guidance, as well as serving meals in a safe space.

On Thursday 17 December the Community Café will be serving takeaway Christmas lunches for adults who may be socially isolated or in need of support.

The takeaway lunch bap – turkey, stuffing, sauce, and pigs in blankets – is intended for socially isolated adults, but it can be collected by their friends or family.

“We are thrilled to be working in partnership with Denso Manufacturing UK Ltd to offer our community some form of Christmas cheer,” the Community Café Facebook page explains. “Please call the team to book our takeaway Christmas lunch this year.”
