Lawley and Overdale Parish Council has been advised that there will be a road closure for four days on The Rock, Telford in November, to undertake resurfacing works.
Balfour Beatty, on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council, is planning to undertake resurfacing works starting from Monday 1 November 2021, and the work is expected to last for four days between the hours of 8am and 5pm, until Thursday 4 November 2021.
This covers the length of The Rock from its junction with Lower Rock for approximately 306 metres in a northerly direction.
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling northbound will be via Rock Road, The Rock.
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling southbound will be vice versa.
Signage and a diversion route will be posted on-site.
