Lawley and Overdale Parish Council has been advised that there will be a road closure for two days on Mannerley Lane and Oak Road, Overdale in March, to undertake highway improvement works.
Balfour Beatty, on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council, is planning to undertake resurfacing works starting on Tuesday 15 March 2022, and the work is expected to last for two days between the hours of 8am until 5pm, until Wednesday 16 March 2022.
This covers Mannerley Lane, Overdale from its junction with Garfield Road to Oak Road, and Oak Road, Overdale from Mannerley Lane to its junction with The Rock.
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling westbound will be via Overdale, Valley Road, Hill Road.
The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling eastbound will be vice versa
Signage and a diversion route will be posted on-site.
