Local police have issued an appeal for information following the theft of some tools from a van on Birchfield Way, Lawley, on 4 March.
The full text of the message is as follows:
We are appealing for information after a tools were stolen from a van in Birchfield Way Lawley.
The theft occurred between 02:00 and 06:00 on 4th March 2022 date when the items were stolen from the vehicle whilst it was parked on road name.
We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.
There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your property – where possible remove all valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it unattended.
We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
