The following is a press release from Telford & Wrekin Council, announcing its new “Telford Vision 2032” consultation.
Telford Vision 2032 is a consultation aimed at residents and visitors to the borough of Telford and Wrekin. It asks them to consider 3 core aspirations for Telford in the next 10 years.
These 3 ambitions are:
- To have an inclusive carbon neutral economy
- Build inclusive communities that are vibrant, safe and clean
- For people to live inclusive, healthy, independent lives
Fundamentally, the vision is about creating a place where all residents prosper, whatever their background, and tackling some of the big issues facing the borough today.
We are currently working with partners to understand how the general public feel about these ambitions and what they deem the priorities to be. They can leave this feedback in the consultation survey where there is also an opportunity to win 1 of 3 Amazon gift vouchers.
