Looking to get wild over the October half-term holidays? There are two Exotic Zoo Encounter sessions scheduled to take place in the parish on 24 and 26 October, and they’re completely free!
Exotic Zoo is a popular attraction where children can come along and meet some interesting animals from all around the world. They have a place to visit in Telford, as well as hosting parties and other events. Their ‘Encounter’ sessions are both fun and educational for all the family.
The first session will take place on Monday 24 October 2022, from 10:30am until 12pm, at Lawley Community Centre, Lawley.
The second session will take place on Wednesday 26 October 2022, from 10:30am until 12pm, at the Carpenter Centre, Overdale.
The Lawley event is courtesy of Councillors’ Pride Funding from Councillor Raj Mehta and Councillor Jayne Greenaway, working with Lawley and Overdale Parish Council. The Overdale event is courtesy of Councillors’ Pride Funding from Councillor Mark Boylan, working with Lawley and Overdale Parish Council.
If you want to join in on the furry (or possibly scaly) fun, all you need to do is book your place. Capacity is limited, so book in advance to avoid disappointment!
You can book your place online via Eventbrite. You will need to book one place per child attending – accompanying adults do not need to book a place, however.
We look forward to seeing you there!
