Our Community Action Team (CAT), which includes the Parish Environmental Team (PET) and our Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers (NEOs), has been busy around the parish this week.
There’s been no time for sitting around, as there’s been a scourge of discarded chairs dumped around Overdale.

Aside from chairs, the NEOs were also tired of finding an unusual number of discarded tyres lying around too.

These have all been reported for cleansing.
Fly-tipping is an offence, but aside from that it also spoils the parish for all of us – and costs us money to clean up.
If you encounter an instance of fly-tipping, please report it via the MyTelford app.
In happier news, our PET operative reports that the rose beds in the Community Garden have been rejuvenated and are looking good.

Our Community Action Team is always patrolling around the parish, looking for improvements to be made. Get in touch with us if you know of a spot where they can help!
