Successful Pride in the Community funding at Old Park

We are delighted to say that a bid for funding, plus a contribution from the Parish Council, has been successful to enhance/improve the pool area at Old Park.

This is a well used spot for locals to enjoy and over time the reed beds in the pool have become overgrown and a bid to clear this and improve the decking and seating areas around the pond will be carried out when ground conditions are suitable to take the heavy machinery necessary to complete the works.

PUBLIC MEETING RE TELFORD’S TRAFFIC LIGHTS

There is a Public Meeting to be held on 23rd February at Thomas Telford School at 6.30pm where residents will have the opportunity of raising their concerns & questions about the traffic lights/traffic in Telford including issues already raised regarding the Lawley crossroads and adjacent junctions.
