Arriva is altering the bus services 11, 11a, and 19 in the Lawley area, it says, “due to the road surface causing damage to company vehicles”.

From Monday 7th June 2021 we will be making a small alteration to our 11, 11a & 19 service within the Lawley area.
Each service will no longer enter/exit Bryce Way at the junction with West Centre Way and will instead access Bryce Way and Proctor Avenue via Bird Way as per the map below.
This decision has been taken due to the road surface causing damage to company vehicles. Both Arriva and Telford & Wrekin Council have worked together and have requested alterations.
Should rectification works take place we would consider rerouting the service through Bryce Way in its entirety.
