IMPACT is a charity that has helped many residents from the Telford and Wrekin community for the last 15 years. They offer a range of emotional support services, including counselling, for those who have or care for someone who is affected by their mental health.
Many people are still finding life hard following the gradual ease of lockdown. The charity have a dedicated team of councillors who can work remotely with local residents for up to 3 sessions, to help work through their mental health issues. If you are suffering from anxiety, loneliness, stress or bereavement, or perhaps are worried about your job, the team are there to help.

IMPACT have also just launched their new workshop called “What if I don’t want a new normal? Mental health in a Covid-19 world” which provides an understanding of collective trauma, anxiety and how Covid-19 may affect mental health. Workshops can be delivered either online or face to face if appropriate and can be tailored to the audience.
