PET Work completed week commencing 19th December

Work was completed in the following areas:

  • Footpaths off Glendale by the Village Green blown clear of leaves and scraped
  • Overgrown cotoneaster pruned back from the footpath on Glendale
  • Litter and a small fly tip removed from Grove Road
  • Litter and glass removed from the footpath under the M54 bridge at Overdale
  • the footpath running under the bridge at Rampart Way blown clear of leaves

PET Work completed week commencing 12th December

Work was completed in the following areas:

  • Footpaths scraped and edged at Princes End
  • Steps at Acer Close blown clear of leaves and wire checked
  • Footpath scraped at The Rock Public Open Space
  • Paths to the rear of Newdale School blown clear of leaves
  • Footpaths edged around Overdale
  • Footpath to the rear of Martingale Way pruned and scraped
  • The footpath off Old Office Road scraped and edged
  • Kerbs edged on Milners Lane
  • Footpath scraped and leaves blown off Cemetery Road

Work was completed in the following areas:Moss and mud scraped from the paving at the entrance to Tom Morgan Gardens

  • The bridge from Tom Morgan garden to Lawley Drive cleared and leaves blown
  • Footpath through the green apace at Old Park edged and leaves blown
  • The steps at Old Park Pool cleared and leaves blown
  • Wire repaired on the steps at Old Park Pool
  • Moss and mud cleared from the footpath at the entrance to Old Park
  • rubbish removed from Old Park Pool
  • The footpath cleared and edged off Oak Road in Overdale
  • Footpath by Lawley Primary School blown clear of leaves and blocked drain reported to TWC
  • Overhang cleared from the footpath on the bridge across the M54 at Mossey Green Way

Work was completed in the following areas:

  • Footbridges at West Centre Way and Lawley Gate gritted
  • Leaves blown from the Wrekin Trundle footpath
  • Broken fencing removed from Old Park Way
  • Leaves blown from the footpath by St John’s Church and around the bus stop
  • Alleyway off Rock Road scraped, leaves blown and laurel hedge cut back
  • Road and dog fouling signs cleaned in Lawley
  • Paths blown and rose bed pruned in Tom Morgan Garden
  • Leaves blown from Glendale Circle
  • Parish Council History Trail signs cleaned
  • Two paths at the rear of Churchward Drive cleared of overgrowth

PET Work week commencing 21st November

  • removed debris from an illegal bonfire on the grass verge off Colliers Way
  • pruned the hedge on Rock Road by the entrance to Overdale
  • pruned trees on the green space between Dawley Bank and St Heliers
  • cut back overgrowth rom the verge and footpath between Glendale and Arleston Lane which was obscuring road signs
  • cut back overgrowth around Cedar Close, Overdale
  • pruned along Old Park Way and cleared leaves from the footpath
